We do not offer returns here at SideDoor. We will do everything we can to make it right for cases of damage, including repair or replacement of the damaged piece. If an item is damaged and you would like one of those options, we are happy to take care of that for you and apologize for any inconvenience that the damaged item may have caused. If you could please provide:

  1. The order number that the item is attached to

  2. A picture of the shipping packaging that the item arrived in

  3. 3 pictures of the item itself showing the damage (2 up-close, and 1 from further away)

If you would like to add any of this verbiage to your site to make your clients aware of our return policy, please feel free to do so at your discretion.
